Filter system
A 3-stage filtration process had to be specially developed to enable the MicroGasWash® technology to effectively collect the impurities bonded by the reaction medium.
The primary and secondary elements filter more easilty treated compounds and collect them in a separate tank for further treatment. The third element corresponds to a H12 filter and is generally changed 1-2 times per year depending on saturation.
The condensation filter shown above (left picture) has a capacity of 10,000 m³/h, with 3 phases each with 4 filtration elements. The untreated gaseous phase enters the condensation filter bottom left and the treated air exits top right.
A further reduction of emssions is achievable using additional filter techniques. Often active carbon filters are used.
